See the StoneLion Puppets handmade parade at 3pm, featuring costumes, masks, street bands, hand pulled floats, giant puppets and crazy art. The parade ends with a festival celebrating clean water and a performance by Mid America Freedom Band alongside giant bubbles and roving puppets.
